A mule crafted with care in Mexico
Each pair of Zula is crafted in our Michoacán workshops. The fine and detailed nylon weaving is carried out with meticulous care, ensuring durability and quality that last through the seasons. An ethical approach based on fair trade.
Materials & comfort
- Upper: 100% elasticated woven nylon, ultra-light and stretchy
- Insole: 100% cowhide leather, vegetable-tanned, stamped with the Mapache logo
- Outsole: natural crepe, for excellent grip
- Weight: ultra-light, for all-day comfort

The elastic nylon easily adapts to your foot. For the Zula:
- Take your usual size in most cases
- The elastic weaving offers excellent support regardless of your foot type

Care
Nylon requires different care than leather: wipe with a damp cloth for dust, and use warm soapy water for stains. Avoid direct heat, which would alter the elasticity of the nylon.
